We offer two different categories of wedding photography coverage. Small
wedding packages and regular wedding packages. While all our regular wedding packages are
available any day of the week, our small wedding packages are only available for Friday
and Sunday weddings.
 Our no reception
coverage package is perfect for smaller family Weddings and second Weddings.
Photography Coverage Includes:
- Ceremony
- Formally posed portraits of the Bride and Groom, Bridal Party, and the Families at the
Altar or outside
- No reception coverage
You will receive:
- The entire set of 5X5 portrait quality photos
Your Cost: $650.00 (See below for breakdown of price)
- $400.00* = Photographer's service fee
- $250.00* + tax = Charge for photos

- Two Hours of reception coverage

- A set of 5X5 previews in an album for you and your family and friends to view and return
to us with your order
- Free proofs and Negatives with a qualifying family and friend's order.
- An $800.00 Credit toward portraits, albums, and frames for the Bride and Groom's order
only

- One free color 5X5 photograph of the engagement sitting for the newspaper announcement
(Black & White photos are available at $22.50 each)
- Display Bridal Portrait Sitting
Wedding Day coverage includes:
- Pre-ceremony portraits of Bride and Bridesmaids, and Groom and Groomsmen
- Ceremony
- Formally posed portraits of the Bride and Groom, Bridal Party, and the Families at the

- Unlimited reception coverage
You will receive:
- A set of 5X5 previews in an album for you and your family and friends to view and return

Our Wedding Package three is a combination
of traditional film and digital photography.
Before the Wedding coverage Includes:
- Engagement Portrait sitting (Studio only)

- Display Bridal Portrait Sitting
Wedding Day coverage includes:
- Two Photographers - the first Photographer shooting traditional film
posed portraits and the other Photographer shooting shooting exclusively digital
photo-journalistic candid photographs.
- Pre-ceremony portraits of Bride and Bridesmaids, and Groom and Groomsmen
- Ceremony
- Formally posed portraits of the Bride and Groom, Bridal Party, and the Families at the
Altar and/or outside
- Unlimited reception coverage
You will receive:
- A set of 5X5 previews in an album of the traditional film portraits and a photo CD of
the digital candids for you and your family and friends to view and return to us with your
order.
- Free Proofs, Negatives and a printable CD of your candids with a qualifying family and
friend's order.
- A $1200 credit towards portraits, albums and frames for the Bride and Groom's order
only.
Your Cost: $2400.00 (See below for breakdown of price)
- $1200* = Two Photographer's service fee
- $1200.00* + tax = Bride and Groom's credit deposit

Earning your Previews & Negatives
With both of wedding packages 1 & 2 have the ability to earn your
entire set of previews and all of your negatives for Free!
If your Family and Friend's order is $1200 or more (not including the Bride and Groom's
order) you will receive your entire set of 5X5 previews for Free!
(Preview album not included). If your Family and Friend's order is $1600 or more (not
including the Bride and Groom's order) you will receive not only your entire set of
previews but also your negatives for Free!
With wedding package 3, if your family and friend's order is $1800 or more (not
including the Bride and Groom's order) you will receive your entire set of 5X5 previews
(Preview album not included), all of the negatives, and a printable CD of all of your
digital candid photographs for Free!
Purchasing your Previews &
Negatives
If your Family and Friend's order is not $1200 or more to earn your previews or $1600
to earn both your previews + negatives then you can purchase
them. The cost of your previews, or previews + negatives will depend upon the total of
your Family and Friend's order (not including tax). Simply deduct the total of their
orders from $1200 for just the previews or from $1600 for the previews + negatives and you
can determine the purchase price.
For example, if your Family and Friend's order totals $900 you deduct that from $1200
leaving $300 to purchase the previews. Similarly, if your Family and Friend's order totals
$1400 you deduct that from $1600 leaving $200 to purchase your previews + negatives.
The preview, or preview + negative purchase price may not be
deducted from your Credit deposit and must be paid in addition to that amount.
Display Bridal Portrait
Included with our Package Two Wedding Coverage is the Display Bridal Portrait Sitting.
This is an extensive portrait sitting taken of the Bride in her Bridal gown approximately
two weeks before the Wedding Day. This sitting is usually taken on location, but can be
done in our Studio. Color proofs are then available for preview by the Bride. Her
selection is then custom hand printed into either an 11X14 or a 16X20 portrait. It is then
mounted, lacquer sprayed, and fitted into a frame. The beautifully finished and framed
portrait is then proudly displayed at the Wedding Reception on a lighted easel for the
Groom, family and the the guests to enjoy.
Wedding Albums
There are many styles of photo albums available on the market today. Barry Dowe
Photography proudly offers the few that we feel are of the best quality. We offer seven
different styles of albums in an array of sizes and colors. If your interested in
